BOPMH, what's the rule here? you can enter if it
- breaks PMH with 3-5x volume
- take half off as soon as you're up on the next candle
- sell all if volume decreases, if volume has decreased when the candle closes

you need to start looking for these BEYOND the first five of the premarket movers...
