"... an increase in fear to the point where buyers are starting to say, whoah, this is a good deal, this is the right price, I want to get into this stock, and sellers are saying, get me out of the building, just get me out. so that's where you see the increase in range and preferably an increase in volume. so if you see the increase in range and it's already down multiple bars and you see the increase n volume basically the concept or the thought is, all of the people who wanted to get out, just got out, so if all of the people who wanted to get out, just got out, there's very few people who are left to sell into me if I chose to go long on this stock"
